Meet Dr. Radwaner
Dr. Bradley Radwaner, the founder and medical director of The New York Center for the Prevention of Heart Disease, is a leading authority in the field of preventive cardiology. In his 30+ years of practice, he has developed comprehensive individualized programs to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and sudden death; these seamlessly woven into the internal medicine portion of his practice.
In addition to his cardiology practice, Dr. Radwaner is the founder of Elite Veins NY. There, he uses cutting-edge therapeutic methods to treat patients with conditions such as venous insufficiency, spider veins, varicose veins, leg cramps, swelling, and pain, using radiofrequency vein ablation, sclerotherapy, and other minimally invasive treatments.
Dr. Radwaner—Cornell Medical educated, Columbia University and NYU Langone Medical Center trained—also leverages his strong relationships with the Boston Heart lab and Cleveland Clinic Heart lab when caring for his patients. He is committed to providing the most comprehensive, integrative approach to overall health and wellness.

Concerned about numerous healthcare trends that are negatively affecting doctor-patient relationships and the way care is delivered, Dr. Radwaner has collaborated with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP) to create a unique, concierge or membership-based practice model that provides a more optimized healthcare experience for both patients and providers.
In this model, Dr. Radwaner has considerably fewer patients than typical primary care doctors. This allows him to have enough time to provide each and every patient with personalized, unhurried care. Members of Radwaner CCPHP pay an affordable annual fee to take advantage of a wide array of member benefits and enjoy a more convenient, connected, and compassionate approach to healthcare.
Membership fees are payable to Radwaner CCPHP, LLC, a business entity formed by Dr. Radwaner and CCPHP that is separate from his medical practice. Dr. Radwaner provides all professional services through his practice, Bradley A. Radwaner, M.D. Since the membership fees do not pay for any insurance-covered healthcare services, we recommend that our members maintain their health insurance. Contact us for more information.
Practice Philosophy
As a physician, my greatest satisfaction is derived from working closely and comprehensively with my patients in an unhurried environment, so that I can be my patients’ advocate and advisor regarding longevity and quality of life.
In order to alleviate some of the barriers in today’s healthcare environment that interfere with my ability to continue to practice this way, I have collaborated with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP), to create a new concierge program called Radwaner CCPHP. The program provides my patients with a wide variety of membership amenities to enhance their care experience, such as access to the innovative SENS Solution® Wellness Program, which includes a personal health coach who collaborates with me to optimize their wellbeing.
The patient-physician relationship is what I value the most as a practitioner. With this model, I will be able to provide a connected, convenient, collaborative care approach on a more ongoing and consistent basis. Ultimately, this program allows me to get back to putting you, my patient, first.
