The mission of Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. (CCML) is to help consumers find the best healthcare. The top doctors who are listed on CCML’s website’s directory were nominated by their peers in an extensive survey process of thousands of American doctors each year. These top doctors’ medical educations, training, hospital appointments, disciplinary histories – and much more – are screened by the Castle Connolly physician-led research team. Those doctors who are among the very best in their specialties and in their communities, are selected for inclusion. Doctors do not and cannot pay to be included in any Castle Connolly list or online directory.

24/7 Communication and Advanced Telemedicine Connections - Regardless of Medical Necessity
You can communicate with your physician and a SENS Solution® Health Coach securely and conveniently from your smartphone via the telemedicine messenger app. Through the app, you can:
- Message directly with your physician regarding your care
- Obtain quick and convenient remote consults utilizing secure video, voice, photo, and file sharing, when appropriate
- Request prescription refills
While telemedicine won’t replace all in-office visits, the convenience of remote communication allows your physician to address your questions and concerns more efficiently, or to better decide whether you need in-person care. Through the app, you can also communicate with your SENS Solution® Health Coach.
*In circumstances when your physician is unavailable due to vacation, sickness, or other reason, communication with another physician or practitioner will be arranged.
Same-day or Next-day Appointments - Regardless of Medical Necessity
You can schedule appointments to be seen quickly — and at times that are convenient for you.
Extended Office Visits - Regardless of Medical Necessity
