Meet Dr. Osher
Annette Osher, MD, received her Internal Medicine and Cardiology training at Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center and S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center. Prior to beginning her medical training at The Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Osher participated in medical research at Yale University School of Medicine and The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Upon completion of her Cardiology Fellowship, she began private practice in Manhattan with a clinical faculty appointment at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She is also the founder of Women’s Medical Practice P.C., a medical practice specializing in the healthcare of professional women.
Dr. Osher is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and an Associate Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She is now on the voluntary attending staff at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and holds a teaching appointment with the Mount Sinai Medical School of the City University of New York. Dr. Osher’s medical expertise has been cited in various publications, including The Singer’s Guide to Complete Health and Discovering the Power of Self-Hypnosis. Currently enjoying over 30 years of medical practice, Dr. Osher has been appointed a House Physician of the Metropolitan Opera House.

Concerned about numerous healthcare trends that are negatively affecting doctor-patient relationships and the way care is delivered, Dr. Osher has collaborated with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners (CCPHP) to create a unique, concierge or membership-based practice model that provides a more optimized healthcare experience for both patients and providers.
In this model, Dr.Osher has considerably fewer patients than typical primary care doctors. This allows her to have enough time to provide each and every patient with personalized, unhurried care. Members of Osher CCPHP pay an affordable annual fee to take advantage of a wide array of member benefits and enjoy a more convenient, connected, and compassionate approach to healthcare.
Membership fees are payable to Osher CCPHP, LLC, a business entity formed by Dr. Osher and CCPHP that is separate from her medical practice. Dr. Osher provides all professional services through her practice, Annette Osher, M.D. Since the membership fees do not pay for any insurance-covered healthcare services, we recommend that our members maintain their health insurance. Practice Philosophy
As a physician, my greatest satisfaction is derived from working closely and comprehensively with my patients in an unhurried environment, so that I can be my patients’ advocate and advisor regarding longevity and quality of life.
In order to alleviate some of the barriers in today’s healthcare environment that interfere with my ability to continue to practice this way, I have collaborated with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP), to create a new concierge program called Osher CCPHP. The program provides my patients with a wide variety of membership amenities to enhance their care experience, such as access to the innovative SENS Solution® Wellness Program, which includes a personal health coach who collaborates with me to optimize their wellbeing.
The patient-physician relationship is what I value the most as a practitioner. With this model, I will be able to provide a connected, convenient, collaborative care approach on a more ongoing and consistent basis. Ultimately, this program allows me to get back to putting you, my patient, first.

** Dr. Osher is available to communicate with you via phone, email, or text. Extended office visits. When you see Dr. Osher in the office, she will spend as much time with you as needed to address your concerns. * Osher CCPHP, LLC, the membership organization referred to in this brochure, is sometimes also referred to as “Annette Osher, MD Castle Connolly Private Health Partners” as shown on the logo above or as “Osher CCPHP.” Osher CCPHP, LLC is acting on behalf of and at the direction of Annette Osher, MD and her medical practice, pursuant to a Business Associate Agreement (as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended (“HIPAA”)), to assist Dr. Osher, to inform you about, and/or respond to questions relating to exciting changes in the practice.
** In cases where Dr. Osher is unable to communicate due to vacation, sickness, or other reason, communication with another practitioner or covering physician will be arranged.
