Meet Dr. Frager
Dr. Frager is board certified in Endocrinology & Metabolism and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and is Board Certified in Nuclear Medicine from the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. Dr. Frager received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University and his medical degree from The University of Missouri. Dr. Frager completed his internship at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete fellowships in Endocrinology and Nuclear Medicine from the University of Michigan.
The founding partner of East Coast Medical, and the first endocrinologist to practice in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Dr. Frager specializes in the treatment of diabetes, metabolic disorders, pituitary, thyroid diseases, parathyroid disease,and osteoporosis.
Dr. Frager is an avid tennis player and enjoys attending the opera and listening to classical music.

In this model, Dr. Frager has considerably fewer patients than typical endocrinologists. This allows him to have enough time to provide each and every patient with personalized, unhurried care. Members of Frager CCPHP pay an affordable annual fee to take advantage of a wide array of member benefits and enjoy a more convenient, connected, and compassionate approach to healthcare.
Membership fees are payable to Frager CCPHP, LLC, a business entity formed by Dr. Frager and CCPHP that is separate from his medical practice. Dr. Frager provides all professional services through his practice, Marc S. Frager, M.D. Since the membership fees do not pay for any insurance-covered healthcare services, we recommend that our members maintain their health insurance. Contact us for more information.
Practice Philosophy
As a physician, my greatest satisfaction is derived from working closely and comprehensively with my patients, where we can share challenges and create solutions, in an unhurried environment, so that I can be your best advisor and advocate towards longevity and quality of life. Over the years, I can truly say that I have learned as much from my patients as they likely have from me. As a perpetual and enthusiastic life-long learner, I am very excited about working together, as a team, enjoying the benefits of even greater sharing, growing and collaboration.
In order to alleviate some of the barriers in today’s healthcare environment that interfere with my ability to continue to practice this way, I am offering an option for those patients who desire greater convenience, 24/7 connection to me as needed, as well as a very comprehensive wellness and prevention-focused experience.
