Every Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP) Physician will have the ability to consult with and connect their Members to over 50,000 Castle Connolly Top Doctors® nationwide, as appropriate.
24/7 communication and advanced telemedicine connections
You can communicate with your physician and a SENS Solution® Health Coach securely and conveniently from your smartphone via the telemedicine messenger app. Through the app, you can:
- Message directly with your physician regarding your care
- Obtain quick and convenient remote consults utilizing secure video, voice, photo, and file sharing, when appropriate
- Request prescription refills
While telemedicine won’t replace all in-office visits, the convenience of remote communication allows your physician to address your questions and concerns more efficiently, or to better decide whether you need in-person care. Through the app, you can also communicate with your SENS Solution® Health Coach.
*In circumstances when your physician is unavailable due to vacation, sickness, or other reason, communication with another physician or practitioner will be arranged.

A distinguishing feature of CCPHP is our SENS Solution® Wellness program which includes the SENS Solution® Health Coaching program.
CCPHP offers a proprietary SENS Solution® Health Coaching program to Members for ongoing wellness support and expertise by utilizing the collaboration between leading physicians and health educators.
